An Apatani Village II- Arunachal Pradesh

Further scenes from an Apatani Village, an Apatani shaman weaves a ritual ornament of plaited grass. Shamanic structures constructed of cane and grass, and after chicken sacrifices often feathers are added as embellishment to the shrine. A low "penitents hut" .  Clip closes with an adept Apatani weaver working on her back strap loom.
