piece. This will also provide us with an opportunity to get
acquainted.
Each item has its own page accessible by clicking on the
thumbnail photo on the individual category pages. Then
there is a link on each item's detail page to send an e-mail.
Kindly note the item number you are interested in and we will
get back to you with all pertinent details.
What are the Himalayan Mercantile payment instructions, shipping
options and return policies ?
USA and Canadian purchases may
be made by credit card. International payments are to be made
via PayPal or Western Union Money order.
All items are guaranteed to be as described or your money back.
The sole grounds for
refund are if the item purchased is not as it was described.
With the exception of the unlikely event that an item is not as
described, all sales are final. Returns must be made
within 21 days with prior approval and RMA (return material
authorization) number. Shipping charges will be calculated
according to the buyers address and a variety of shipping
options are available, including postal service and various
courier services such as FedEx, UPS, etc. In the event of
a return, please note that shipping charges and all associated
transaction fees are non-refundable.
Further, there is 10% restocking fee. Also please note that when available, insurance is compulsory.
Himalayan Mercantile is not responsible for goods lost or
damaged in transit.
International clients are welcome. Please inquire about the
special shipping charges to your country. Also be aware that
international buyers are responsible for making certain that
purchased items are in accord with all laws regarding importable
items to their home country.
