This is a really well made shamanic phurba featuring an unusual depiction of the phurba deity.  This anthropomorphic visage with long face is crowned by a Naga (a class of reptilian inter-dimensional being).  The phurba grip has beautifully carved linear design work that terminates in the tri-partite blade, which also features curvilinear patterns that represent intertwined Nagas.  A fine ruddy patina has evolved on this unique antique shaman phurba.
